Janitorial EVERY SATURDAY & SUNDAY MORNING DONE BY 9:00 AM JANITORIAL #1 ($50.00 MONTHLY) (also first and third Thursdays after 5pm) - Clean bathroom sinks, toilets / urinals, mirrors and walls - Clean all tables and ashtrays - Clean kitchen sinks and walls - Dusting all rooms and ceiling fans - Fill paper towels and toilet papers - Wash front windows and glass doors once a month (only warm weather) JANITORIAL #2 ($15.00 PER DAY) - Sweep, wash and buff all floor - Wax when necessay - Collect all garbage (including ashtrays) - Take out recycling items - Wash dirty towels from bar and kitchen |
